Of Services

All design related services are invoiced at an hourly rate, billed in 15 minute increments. Unless otherwise stated, they do not include delivery, print, or installation fees. If applicable, these will be payable by you.

You will be invoiced each month for any work undertaken. Payment of invoice must be paid in full, 7 days following the date of invoice. If the full payment is not made within this time period, any work already completed may be forfeited.

Estimated timelines, costs and deliverables will be agreed upon via email prior to any work starting. You acknowledge that these are estimates and may be subject to change.

You are responsible for approving all artwork and ensuring accuracy and suitability prior to delivery/handover of files. It is your responsibility to ensure that any written or visual content provided to us to use, does not violate any copyright laws and all correct permissions have been sought and/or royalties paid for use. We retain the right to utilise Artwork and all design elements on our website.

Delivery and handover of files will be digitally sent via a Google Drive link. The files will be available for 3 months after they are sent. It is up to you to transfer the files to your own storage system. Failure to do so may result in the files being deleted and unretrievable.

You acknowledge that upon payment of invoice you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed above. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notification by us.

Of Goods

All Goods are invoiced at cost, plus a service fee. Unless otherwise stated, they do not include delivery, or installation fees. If applicable, these will be payable by you.

Payment of invoice must be paid in full, 7 days following the date of invoice. If the full payment is not made within this time period, we will cancel the order. Once payment has been received, you are unable to cancel the order.

Delivery date will be estimated when payment of invoice has been received in full. We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver any Goods to you by the delivery date estimated, however we will not be liable to you if there is a delay in the delivery.

Colours, materials, grains etc may vary from the swatches, samples or images. You must notify us of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage to Goods within 5 days of collection or delivery. If you fail to do so, the Goods shall be deemed to be free from any defect or damage. We shall not be liable for any default due to any event beyond our reasonable control. We will not accept the return of Goods due to change of mind under any circumstances.
